Drie derde plekke. Drie brons medaljes. ’n Trotse nasionale prestasie.

    Baie geluk, Anke!

    Triegie-trots. Waak en Werk! 🦁

Anke Cronje wins three bronze medals at the SANSSU National Championships

Hoërskool Louis Trichardt is incredibly proud of Anke Cronje following the final results of the 2026 SANSSU National Championships, which took place from 26 September to 1 October 2026 in Bloemfontein, Free State.

Following a review of the results by SASco representatives, it was determined that it was unfair not to separate the Precision division into U/21 and U/16 categories, as is done in the other classes.

The revised final results gave a more accurate reflection of Anke’s performance in the U/21 Precision division — and she was awarded three bronze medals.

    Final results: U/21 Precision

    Anke achieved the following results:

    • 3rd place – 3P Total

    • 3rd place – 10m Standing

    • 3rd place – Grand Total

These results saw Anke receive three bronze medals at the prize-giving on 1 October.

It is an outstanding achievement at national level and a proud moment for Anke, her supporters and Hoërskool Louis Trichardt.

An important adjustment to the results

The initial results in the Precision class did not separate competitors into U/21 and U/16 divisions.

After further review, SASco representatives determined that this was not consistent with the way the other classes were structured. The results were therefore reassessed and adjusted.

With the revised division, Anke achieved three third-place finishes in the U/21 Precision category.

This update therefore changed the final rankings and resulted in Anke’s national performance being recognised with three bronze medals.

      A proud national achievement

Competing at national level requires focus, self-discipline, accuracy and consistency.

Anke’s results in the 3P Total, 10m Standing and Grand Total reflect the value of dedicated preparation and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Achieving three podium finishes at a national championship is a significant accomplishment and one she can be extremely proud of.

At Hoërskool Louis Trichardt, we are proud of learners who continue to develop their talents with dedication and represent the school with pride at the highest levels.

      Congratulations, Anke!

Hoërskool Louis Trichardt congratulates Anke Cronje on her three bronze medals at the 2026 SANSSU National Championships.

Your hard work, focus and perseverance have paid off, and we are incredibly proud of your achievement.

Three third-place finishes. Three bronze medals. One proud national achievement.

      Congratulations, Anke!
