Na vyf byeenkomste het die Triegies bo-aan die ranglys geëindig met ’n indrukwekkende 876 punte and 72 ryers wat deur die seisoen tot die skool se totaal bygedra het.
Die span het daarmee voor HS Merensky, wat tweede geëindig het met 735 punte, klaargemaak — ’n uitstekende voorsprong van 141 punte.
Hierdie prestasie is ’n bewys van die span se konsekwentheid, deursettingsvermoë en sterk deelname deur die hele liga.

Cycling League 2026 – Triegies finish first
Hoërskool Louis Trichardt’s cyclists ended the 2026 season on an outstanding note by securing 1st place in the high school league. 🏆🦁🚴♂️💛💙❤️
After five events, the Triegies finished at the top of the standings with an impressive 876 points, with 72 riders contributing to the school’s total throughout the season.
This placed the team ahead of HS Merensky, who finished second with 735 points, giving the Triegies an excellent 141-point lead.
The achievement reflects the team’s consistency, determination and strong participation throughout the league.

After Events 1 to 5, the top schools finished as follows:

This league victory was the result of a tremendous team effort.
Every rider who entered, every point earned and every kilometre completed contributed to the final result. The Triegies showed what can be achieved when participation, perseverance and school pride come together.
